 How do you handle being tired at work? So tired, that you can't keep your eyes open. I find myself yawning and yawning unable to keep my eyes open-- what do you do?

 I have the same problem. I am a director in a preschool. Believe it or not, even the noise from the children can not keep me awake. One day I was sitting at my desk typing data into my computer, fell asleep, and fell out of my chair. When I get sooooo sleepy, I try to get up and walk around. Of course, I know that this is not possible in all jobs.
