Maybe it did tell something. My EMG was normal which I guess means that the nerve impulses are getting there. They just don't work, which leads to a diagnosis of myesthenia gravis. Maybe. Or maybe I don't know what it did.

But I do know that I am not going to get that test done again. From my perspective, this mean dude stabbed needles into my face and then repeatedly zapped me with an electric cattle prod.

Ouch! Well I just got back from the new neuro. He thinks it's not mg now and is testing me for myotonic dystrophy. Whatever the heck that is. Ugh! This diagnosis is going to take forever. Meanwhile the other neuro still thinks myasthenia is a possibility and just not showing on tests. In the meantime my vision is bad hand is weak and face is droopy. Yay!

I'm not a doctor.

But I'd proceed with non-muak MG until further proff of something else. But that's just me.

Sorry you feel like a pin cushion. Hope you get diagnosed soon.
