I've taken the liberty of copying ddKolb's diary entry to this forum because I want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from it.

Diary, ddKolb, July 9th...

"At the doctor's direction of reducing my Mestinion dosage from one table 3 times per day to 1/2 tablet 3 times per day, I decided to make an effort to track my daily "How do I feel" status on a spreadsheet.Using three matrices, time of meal, time of dosage, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (How do I feel), I thought I could see if their was a correlation that could be recognized in a line chart. I will report any info that is resolved from this little experiment.

On a general note about the condition of my general health I can say that since my awareness of having MG on May 28th, just a little more than a month has passed and I fully recognize my rapid loss of energy in doing any thing strenuous. I realize that I am now focusing on my state of being more so than ever before in my daily living. It seems to be an automatic presence of mind no matter what the surroundings seem to be. My ability to walk to the grocery from the parking lot is something I never thought would concern me and whether I could complete the task that I set out to do. This is silply an example of how it affects daily living and the changes that one must prepare to make. I realize those of you reading this is like "preaching to a choir", but I am truly grateful for the audience that I have because you understand."

My dearest father always said, "We can't worry about things we can't control."
