So, when last the LabRat posted he was called a Hypochondriac.... The neurologist stated that she knew the mri's would be normal. Well, they were; please bear in mind that this is the same radiology/mri dept. that labled my knees as "normal knees" after TWO operations, a documented torn bursa (Rt. side) and a torn miniscus (Lt. side). Can they be trusted?

I've also read the web info that states that these diagnostic procedures are often not reliable.

One thing I do know is that the symptoms persist and that I've experienced one symptom I'd never read about until I looked up the "Dawson's Fingers" that the neurologist mentioned. I've experienced the "MS Hug" five times during a 4 day period. I really thought it was just anxiety attacks from worrying about what these many and varied symptoms were all about. Reading that info put things into a different light.

On a good note, a coworker has given me the name of a neurologist who reads MRI's himself and proceeds accordingly. Going to give him a go if he takes my Insurance.

Any ideas on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated
