Warning: mild sexual content

As partial treatment for my chromatic split, my doctor has me on a mood stabilizer. This medicine, like a few I have taken before, has an unfortunate side effect. When Fnaire and I have sex, we can't orgasm. Last night, it took us four hours to finish. Today, we've been ..."anxious" all day and unable to get relief.

Can anyone give us some advice?

Have you tried eating watermelon and/or tomatoes? Either one can help to boost your drive and performnce. If you want to get really creative, try making a smoothie type drink out of them and adding a splash of mint.Puree the melon nd tomtoe, the grate ice in your blender till it is super fine. Mix with the puree. If you grow your own mint, add sprig or two, however much you would like for flavor. Enjoy the drink and, um... side effect. W00t

Tomatoes and watermelon, eh?

We'll definitely try those. Thank you very much!

Happens to be an all-natural remedy for ED. With hubby being diabetic, having high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression, morbid obesity and such, the ED was give issue, so I started looking up solutions and found that info. Foods high in Zink, capsaicin, increases androsterone production, bromiline, Vitamin B6, potassium, iron, vitamin E, essential fatty acids, folic acid, allicin, and cacao. Here is a list of foods that could help as well.

Garlic

Figs

Celery

Chile peppers

Pumpkin seeds

Maca, a root originally from Peru

Avocados

Asparagus

Oysters

Sauerkraut

Bananas

Almonds

Basil

Cardamom

Eggs

Fish

Soy

Steak

Broccoli

Goji Berries

The problem isn't ED, though that is there. (I have peyrone's) but an inability to reach orgasm. I had the same problem with another mood-altering drug. I would get aroused and had a perfectly fine erection, but I just could not finish the job.

Most of these are not specifically for ED. They are just known as having effects that will inhance the experience. Many of the hormones, vitamins, and minerals I listed are known to increse blood flow, and sensitivity. Some are know to have direct effects to the genital area. I cannot say if they will increse the likelihood of reaching, or decrease the time needed to reach climax, but they have been known to cause the experience to be better. Chilie peppers, for insatnce, cause the heart rate to increase, along with causing sweating and increased blood flow throughout the body. This is the exact same physiological things that happen in the body during sex.The Myans call the avocado what is roughly translted to testicle tree, for obvious and not so obvious reasons. Non obvious resons are related to them increasing health in ways that have direct impact on the genitals. Try making smoothy out of watermelon, goj, banana, tomatoe, and mint and see what happens. Even as I said earlier, just the watermelon, tomatoe, and mint. I am sure you will be surprised with the results. These are mainly foods and nutrients that are known to bost your sex life.
