When i'm at my worse. I picture my kids. i may not have the best quality of life, but they still need me. I'm never really can stay positive about Morgellon's it is in my every waking thought. I used to garden. Can't stand to touch dirt or the plants. Now i take pictures of them. I get so engrossed with this it blocks out the whole world. Everything. It is like Meditation for me. Find an outlet for yourself. Hope you feel better.

My best wishes,

Pam
