Okay So I've Had Mono For Almost 2 Months Now And All Of a Sudden My Breast Has Became Sore And I Just Had My Period Last Week So That Can't Be It. I Read Somewhere On The Internet That There's Lymph nodes All Over Your Body Including Your Breasts. I Just Wanna Know Am I The Only One Feeling This? Help =[ I Don't Want To Jump The Gun And Think Anything Else =/ Dizzy

Hi sick95,

I see that your post was in November of 2011 so I hope you have since gotten better and/or gotten an answer to your question. I have had mono since Nov. 2011 about 3 1/2 months now and I too have experienced the breast soreness. For some reason I just assumed it is the mono. It has happened a couple of times now. I do have an ENT appointment tomorrow and may ask her if she has ever heard of this. I just seems likely to me that it's yet another strange mono symptom.
