I have just experienced a miscarriage actually am stil kind of experiencing it. I am having a very difficult time coping with it. I am a labor and delivery nurse, so am around deliveries all of the time. I am feeling all sorts of stuff. I lost a lot of blood and mentally and physically feel exhausted. I was really attached to the baby even though I was only about 9 weeks along. I was told that it would be very difficult for me to get pregnant... I was so happy to get a positive test. I am worried that might be the only time I will ever be able to get pregnant. My family is not very supportive. None of them have ever had any fertility issues, and they have never miscarried. My younger sister is 25 weeks pregnant right now. I am trying to pick myself up and keep going, but I am feeling so low. Is this normal? Has anything that any of you have done made this any easier? Thanks for listening.

To be honest, I have not found anything to help and I had my misscairage almost a year ago. It is hard for people who have not experienced it to comfort someone who has. If you need some support I am here and i will support you as much as i can. just remember if you were able to get pregnant once it can happen again. when i was trying to concieve i got some tips from different web sites that helped, but your body does need time to heel first. my doctor told us to wait atleast a year before trying again but your doctor may say different. just let me know if you need anything im here to help.
