I am going through a Miscarriage right now. Everything started on Father's Day, of all days. I went to the doctor on Monday and I had a vaginal ultrasound done. I was told that there was no heart beat. I just started to cry and I really haven't stopped. I am being testy with the people around me. I don't mean to be, but it is either that or cry. I can't seem to find any middle ground. I'm still bleeding and cramping and I have to go back to the doctor on Monday so they can draw blood and make sure I have a negative pregnancy test. That just seems cruel.

I know how you feel all to well. My Miscarriage was Oct 14th 2007. For almost 2 months after i miscarried all i wanted to do was sleep.

It took me going back to the doctor several times before my hormone level was back to normal.

I am here if you want to talk

Sorry about your loss shortie, I have lost 2 pregnancys. One in 2001 and one in 2007. My first one I had a D&C and the 2nd I had a natural Miscarriage in the ER. I think often of the babies I have lost. I have 4 healthy wonderful girls and I know I will meet the babies I lost someday as well.

Sorry about your loss as well. Thank you for the post. Everyone has been so supportive. It is weird to go through this. I feel like it is written on my forhead. At the same time, my husband's 3 kids from his first marriage, have come to stay with us for the summer. So, I'm trying to be in a good mood while they are here. I'm starting to feel schizophrenic.

I think that is absolutely normal. You suffered a loss. It will take time to be ok with it. I think be scared that you will miscarry again is a rational fear. What ever decision you make just take it slow. Try to focus on the positive. I know that might sound stupid, but it works. I want to try again, but I'm scared as well. I guess your wanting a child, at some point, will out weigh your fear of miscarry. I hope this was helpful.

Very normal Rebecca, I think about my losses everyday. Chances are your next pregnancy will go smoothly, try not to worry although I know its hard not too.

I am trying not to think about it. But its something in the back of my mind. I want a healthy normal child so badly. It hurts to go into walmart to go shopping even. For almost 2 months after the Miscarriage. I couldn't go to walmart. Just seeing all the baby stuff got me very depressed.

It sometimes still hurts but its getting easier.

What hurts the most i think is the fact that several friends have told me that they are having kids. I don't know if they don't realize that it would hurt. I mean later on they apology for telling me.
