My 17 year old has migraines 24/7 for the last 3.5 years. Lyrica is the only thing that has actually given her a few hours pain free at times. She also takes Elavil, Zanaflex, and Paxil CR. There are supplements that can help too. Elavil depletes B-2 and Co Q-10...People with migraines need a lot of these and magnesium. MigreLief (B-2or Riboflavin, magnesium and feverfew) can be ordered by your pharmacist or at www.MigreLief.com $20 and Co Q-10 (150 mg is recommended) is otc at Walmart $15 or the drugstore. She also get nerve blocks...these help with the pain in the occipital region (back of the head). Hop this helps!

Isn't Paxil an anti depressant, I was given that when I was in High school by my psychologist with Depakote, for bipolar disorder with severe depression.
