"For me, MDjunction has been a place where I can share my experiences
living with the very rare bone disease called Ollier's ( Enchondromatosis ) with the parents of children recently diagnosed. I can help them not to run
into the pitfalls my parents did when I was young, give them a bit of a view
from their child's perspective and simply be there to offer support and
hope to people who are scared and just had their lives upended. I also belong to a chronic pain group and it's been a Godsend to be able to actually
talk with others who understand what I'm dealing with. Besides them helping me through my tough times, I can be there to help them as well. Here too, I can use my years of experience to help others avoid pitfalls and it makes me feel good, gives my life more purpose. MDjunction brings people
together when their suffering, at their darkest and feeling alone in this world and allows some light to be brought back into their lives. HOPE, that's what
MDjunction means to me!

headaches 12 hours aday everyday

Hi my name is Pamela. I suffer with really bad headaches every other day to everyday. Yesterday I had an headache that lasted 12 hours! I am so sick of this.Any suggestions?

I suffer from PCOS-PolyCysitic Ovarian syndrom, Diabetes type two, IBS

i have that same problem. do you see a neurologist? what meds are you taking? my neurologist put me on feiorcet. i take that 2 some times 3 times a day depending on the extent of pain i am in.

Hello Pamela,

I'm sorry your having so much trouble with headaches. Have they been dxd as Migraines? There are alot of preventatives and also different meds for brakethrough pain of migrains. Talk to your Dr. about it. I have tried several of the preventatives over time. Some worked well others not for long. At the present I only use Maxalt at the first sign of a migraine and its working very well.

If you can pin point what is causing your headache you might be able to work with it that way.
