upper mid west - worse migraine pain from weather

Hello.

Just thought I'd share my frustrations. I live in Michigan and the forecast for the next few days is cold rain, wind and snow showers. I have chronic daily headaches with migraine and it is worse right now. I feel it the worst in my eyes and eye sockets. I've already taken my abortives for the week and my preventatives (verapamil and lamictal) just don't seem to be working to prevent. I've been on a ton of other meds too. Hope things get better. Unsure

SSLMD Posts: 951 Member	leitheij; if you haven't seen it yet, check out article titled "Migraine treatment list" or some such title in the Articles tab. It is actually a list of preventive measures, some of which are non-prescriptions and may out-perform the prescription prophylactics.
