I'm so confused and frustrated. I can go months without a migraine now there back two nights in a row.

I know what you mean its so frustrating. Have you figured out what triggers your migraines? Like alergies, the weather, fumes, molds the list is so long. I know its so important for me to get plenty of sleep and keep my stress down. Hope you feel better soon.
