I'm an Advocate

Dealing with a loved one with a mental illness can be really hard sometimes. I'm sorry it's so draining on you. I can totally see why. I have bipolar, but am stable. It's just as hard living or being around someone with a mental illness as having one at times. That is very kind of you to visit her. Yes, everyone has those days. I hope that things get easier for you on your visits. I'm sure you get exhausted from them. You are doing a very kind and caring thing by visiting her. You are a great person. Know that. We are here for you through this. Vent away if you have to. We'll support you!
