christina!!!! ok, i saw your thingy about lamictal yesterday. that's what i am on. it does take time to titrate up onto the right dose. i finally got up to 200 mg and it is my right dose. it is worth it. the only side effect is a rash that some people get and then you have to stop taking it.

She mentioned that if the titration rate ( i love that word ) is too fast that the rash is a possibility but going at the snail-slow speed that's recommended almost never causes it. She also said the Lamictal was worth it... but.. FIVE FREAKING WEEKS?

To be honest, I think I'm feeling better now that the Geodon has dropped to 140. I'm still having periodic anxiety but I'm going to start actually using the xanax. I have some sort of aversion to taking it... I don't know if I'm afraid I'll get addicted, or that I'll go to sleep, or what, but I'm definitely hesitant. I took half a one yesterday and it worked fine.

yeah, i started on 25 for a month, 50 for a month, 100 for awhile, then bumped up to 150 mg and after my episode a few weeks ago she bumped it up to 200 mg. so yeah, that's perfect for me.

I'm on each dose for 2 weeks instead of a month and the goal dosage is 200mg for me, too. She said that some people feel better at 100mg but that she's seen the best results at 200mg.

When are you leaving to head up to your parent's house? I know you must be getting more and more excited. Are the boys going with you?
