Hello,

Could someone tell me how do you know when Menopause is over?Shocked

I haven't had a period for about a year.

I might of had a few hot flashes but I've always

froze when my husband feels fine.

and burn up he's fine.

Is there a test to tell me if I'm through with menopause?

No not really, some women suffer badly, others just have minor symptoms that gradually fade over time. Usually about five or so years until they stop, but this depends on a lot of factors, the age you are when you begin menopause, any other health conditions etc.

Try not to think as menopause as a condition, more a state of being! If you are only having the odd minor symptom, then great, it is probably pretty much over and done with.

Take care,

Kali,

the only symptoms I ever had were my irregular period and hot flashes.

So tomorrow I go see my doctor to talk about it.

It's been 5 years and tomorrow I go see my doctor to talk about it.
