I enjoy having a glass of wine or cocktail with dinner and can easily stay with just one. I've noticed I wake up mid-night with hot flashes and don't sleep as well. Has anyone else experienced this? I suppose I should limit my drink to one or two on weekend nights when I can take a nap or sleep in to catch up on the sleep lost.....any ideas???

I too take trazodone for depression and sleeplessness. Alcohol messes with my sleep if I drink more than two at a time. Red wine seems to bring on the hot flashes in a heart beat.Hope this helps.
