I feel bad for people that do not feel well because of menopause symptoms. I went through this quite a while. No fun. It's hard because what works for one person may not for another but when dealing with menopause symptoms it's worth the try to find out what works for you* I always tell my doctors what I take if over the counter just in case.. It's always nice to have a Dr. working with you so any questions can be answered as well* I personally use Aygeston 5mg. (non-estrogen) just because I had a severe case of Endo. I'm pretty much comfortable for the most part.. Although, Dr.'s made me wait a year without hormones.. oh yuck* I have no idea how I made it through feeling like that* So, my heart goes out to all of you that are dealing with this medical issue.
