MDJunction to me

Hazeldee"MDJunction means that I no longer have to feel like I am the only person in
the world with pericarditis. It means that I can talk to others who know
how stressful and how painful having pericarditis can be. It means that I
connect with others to discuss treatments that have or haven't worked for us, so that we have a leg to stand on. I think that having my friends at
MDJunction has allowed me to better mentally and emotionally process my
diagnosis and what it means to me. I feel so lucky to have this community
available to me. I use MDJunction as a way to use my experience to help
others. Reaching out to help others is the only solace I have found since
being diagnosed with pericarditis.

-sit ups

-lay flat on my back

-sleep with less than two pillows

-work that requires allot of bending

-Excercise involving toe touches

I might as well put the things I hate that cause me to into a spin-

-exams from doctors are a nightmare because they always want you to lay flat on your back

-no sudden movements of the head, no no no lol

-I can't look up

-If I look to the side I have to turn my whole head, I can't just use my eyes

-I have to get up very slowly in the morning

Oh and let me not forget how it affects my sex life, I'm sure my man loves hearing this is making me sick lol

LOL cadburry, loved the last one. I once yelled to my ex-boyfriend to quit because he was killing me. That was before I got the diagnosis of fibro. My entire body just got in one big cramp. I honestly thought he did something and was trying to kill me.

LOL
