MDJunction to me

jpcrps"When I found MD Junction, I was in the beginning stages of RSD/CRPS. I was scared, lacked knowledge about the condition, and felt very alone.

MD Junction changed all of that for me. I found friendship and terrific information from people who had first-hand knowledge of this syndrome. It was and still is a big part of my life.

MDJ was my first step on the journey of grief; from denial to acceptance. I am now inspired to help others by sharing this amazing site and sharing my own experiences. I am very impressed that one forum site can provide hope and inspiration to people suffering from so many different conditions. I am proud to be a part of this community.

Hi Hoggy,

It depends what your triggers may be, i.e., food allergies, seasonal allergies, stress level, rest, etc. It also depends on the disease progression itself. Ask your ENT and he/she could probably provide a pretty good answer. In my case, I have to be extremely careful with my salt and sugar intake. I hope this helps.

Hi Hoggy,

It's been a while since we last communicated. My neurologist put me on an experimental regimen of clonopin at night and lexapro in the morning with a B12 shot once a month. Also I am back at vestibular therapy and PT. I feel better now that I have in the past two years. I still get dizzy spells and walk funny at times, but I have not used my cane for the last week and that is a big improvement for me. I will take whatever good days I can get from this. Hope all is well or better with you.
