Today has been a very difficult day for me. Not just because my symptoms were worse. But, today I saw the look on my poor husband's face as he looked down, for he thought I had looked away.

The look was so sad, so much of complete destruction . I felt as so very sad for him, to live this life with me now.

How can I possibly cope with that?

I agree with Kat. You will get better and must try to have a positive attitude. This too shall pass. Please see try to find a very good neurotologist, watch your diet, keep your stress levels in check and if you're religious, read the Bible, it's very helpful. Also, vestibular rehabilitation therapy is very helpful, taking vitamins, massage therapy and acupuncture will alleviate some of the symptoms, if not all. Get informed and find yourself a good nutrionist that understands MD well.

Be well and all my best to you,

Licho

I am presently going for an MRIA tomorrow. My ENT doc. wants to make sure of white spots found by the MRI. Then he is going to refer me to specialist that deals w/MD. For, now I have been trying all the diets suggested so far. I panicked because I had my 3rd. migraine. And, I do read the Bible...and talk with God constantly asking to be patient and give me the strength.

Thank you so much,

Kathy
