Okay, so, I was on birth control about nine months ago (started last Feb-May). I started getting brown spots on my face towards the beginning of May so that is why I stopped taking it. So, the last time I was on birth control was in May of '07. That following month (this past summer) I was a life guard, I constantly was on in the sun, and I constantly wore sun-screen. But, the brown spots kept getting more dark then the rest of my face would. The brown spots just kept getting darker and darker. Eventually my summer job ended, and, it is now Feb of '08 and the spots have faded a lot. My main question is: This summer, when I go out in the sun, if I get tan on my face..will the brown spots get darker than the rest of my face? Even though I'm not on birth control? what will they do when they see intense sunlight? I'll be sure and wear sunscreen, but, I was looking forward to getting a little color on my face while being out in the sun. Will the spots continue to fade since im not on birth control any more? Will they continue to fade even through out the summer? Thank you for your time! |
