I'm an Advocate

Hello to all advocates. Im pleased to be here with you all. I advocate by blogging and sending in e-mails to local therapists on how MDjunction can be beneficial to there patients. I even had a special screen decal made up with MDjunctions logo and its pasted onto my entire back window of my truck with the saying how to find the site and that there not alone. So tell me how do you advocate. Please do shair.

P.S Thank you Roy for this wonderful special group.

Scott

That is some great ideas!! WOw. I have posted it on a few sites for community resources. I also will comment on some you tube videos, that deal with certain issues, because usually ones that are watching a video on how to get over depression, stop a eating disorder, ect, they watch these for some help or any information.

Awesome ideas! I organize two personal development groups on meetup.com and I share MDJunction with all my new members. I have live teleconferences every Thursday where people call in from all over and I share with them MDJunction.

I have been a member for 1.5 years under this name and another year or so on another name and I just love this place.

I am mostly active in the mental illness groups but you can also find me as a gl for the Healthy Relationships Group and the Self Esteem and Positive Thinking Group.

I hope to share in ways we can advocate for MDJunction making it the best place to visit on the web for health information.

There are some great ideas here. I posted a link and some information about MDJunction on my wall at facebook. I also tell people word of mouth. I am a member of a chat group for Alzheimer's support and I from time to time post a link there for MDJunction. MDJunction is a wonderful place for support and understanding.

I post MDJ everywhere. I was homebound for quite some time and built up a huge network of online friends and realized that most of them needed this site. I also put out fliers at my Dr and Therapist and posted fliers around campus.

I love the youtube idea!!
