Sounds a bit obsessive. That is how I was with weed. Id smoke until I got too dizzy or too tired. too nauseous. I just kept smoking because i thought it helped. But I didnt even enjoy it after the first bowl of a new bag.

I appreciate both of your insights. It validates that marijuana cane become an addiction for some people, which really validates what I am observing with my husband. I am tired of people pretending that it cannot become a problem. Just about anything can become an obsession or addiction for different individuals. Thank you again, and to susbg123, I pray that you keep trying as it appears that you have a great purposes for your life..maybe to help others in similar situations.

Hi, you may not know just how good it can be for you! Many people use MJ in the wrong way. And how powerful your brain really is once you learn how to think a certain way in conjunction with MJ can help you.

Lets look at my life using it. First, I was born with a severe mental disability, what would be related to low-functioning autism. Then, in the summer of '67 my brother forgot he had taken me to the public pool and I nearly drowned.

The near drowning erased all of my memory except for two. I had very little feelings before the drowning, my mother said you had very little feelings which you only showed towards the family pets.

My first day of First grade showed everybody where my mental state was by not being able to connect with anything in the classroom. I had no ability to think with reason, it was like not having a mind.

The next day I'm taken to be examined by a psychologist. He told my mother, your son is retarded and there isn't any type of therapy to help him. My mother lived in denial since I was born refusing to accept having a severely challenged child.

I was placed back in school, teachers didn't know what to do with me. I was passed on to the next grade. Eventually, I would enter sixth grade, the Jr. High principle called my mother and was really mad at her and the teachers in elementary. He doesn't know how to read or write! He should have never left fourth grade without knowing how to!

So, here I am learning to read and write and I'm getting high from morning to night. My grades improved, I played sports, and continued to do this through school.

In eleventh grade while sitting in class something happened. I started to see all the subjects run through my head. I was able to make sense of all the classes, things finally clicked and I was stoned.

Your life habits and pattern of thoughts will determine what chemicals the brain needs to produce to accompany your actions (What are habits?) as you go through each day. Over time your brain will become imbalanced due to having produced too much of the same chemicals, this is done by you living each day like the day before.

To change this. You need to use The Five Sense Therapy. Everyday find five new things to explore with your five senses. The next day find five more and so on. Never repeat the same things from the day, week, or month before. Always be searching for new experiences.

This will help stimulate your brain cells and help balance out the chemicals in your brain. How would you like to boost your memory? Right before bed time sit down at the dinner table and run back through the day. Its not important to go into detail. Just recall a memory. Like, before I sit down I was on the phone, before that, I was doing the dishes, before that I was watching tv, before that eating dinner and go back through the day.

Do this everyday, with in a couple months your brain will be retrained like it was in the when you were a toddler. A toddler doesn't think to remember, they pause to let it happen. The longer you practice the stronger your memory will become. I have done this exercise in 3 years and I can still do a memory recall without having to think. Take care Photo 00001 340x255
