I Just quit smoking weed 3 days ago..Ive tied toquit many times but my mind tels me i need it and i go right back. Im DONE!! I need to start my life fresh but i dont know how. i cant sleep i have the shakes my heart feels like its racing a mile a minue. I already suffer deppression and chronic fatigue. I need advice on how to over come this and start living my life clean. I just want to be hapy and healthy. Please someone help me get through this...I feel like i have oone to relate to me, i feel alone, and im new at this. im new t admitting i have a problem and im nw at talkig to people i dont know. but i m desperate right now. i hit rock botom. Please..i can use all the advice ican get. Sad

Hey there. You are not alone Smile I have mental health issues as well as physical. It is totally possible to not smoke. Drinking tea and cooking, things having to do with the same senses as using weed help a lot.

I suggest coming on here when craving. Read others posts, reply, make your own. Read those resources when struggling. Also know that the first couple weeks are the hardest because of withdrawals taking place. Gravol is helpful for nausea. And Doing things you love help the anxiety. The sun is helpful, looking at photos you like, being around people you love etc
