I have been smoking for over 30 years and have tried so many times to quit it lasts as a passing thought does, I even moved towns 2 years ago managed to quit for 5 months then had drama in life and what was the first thing I did was go and have a smoke. That was 6 months ago and I am right back where I stated torn between smoking and not wanting to.

My hubby smoked since he was 16 ( he's 43 now) he had a really hard time but he did it with the help of a.a. I did it with his help. We both went through mood swings like you wouldn't belive. Think of pms 100 fold. It's hard I won't lie, and you might slip once in awhile but you can do this. I am here for you!!!!!!
