Well its not all that new...but new to me... I am going to be getting my hands on Water Kefir...and will be making my own pro-biotics at home...it is SO easy...and takes just a couple of days to get the ball rolling...and you can make it into a carbonated drink, as well as a smoothie sort of drink... This is going to be great... I have been really busy lately, as we are getting our Rabbitry up and running...built a hutch this weekend and got ourselves a 3 month old buck...have a doe coming after the hubby gets back from this job next week...And of course I found a couple more that I want to get.... Next is the Chicken coupe...needs fixing...and should have chicks the end of March...plus quail...which quail eggs are supposed to be very very healthy and has some healing qualities so they say... And I am just about to start sewing seeds for a winter germination...we have to get the green house up - have the structure...Garden is going to be HUGE...plus will be growing my own grains out in the field too...and planting bushes and what not around the yard... So LOTS is going on...but I wanted to share this with you all...as It could be really beneficial, especially for those who just cannot have dairy...
