As a relatively newly diagnosed lymie, I'd like to ask Pat, the veteran lymie of the community, to share some tips and advices on how to manage the disease better, how to learn to live with it, how to make ourselves as comfortable as possible, how to get over the terrible downs. I believe this would help many sufferers in need of direction.

Thank you in advance, Pat.

And for all the lymies out there with tips to share... please, don't be shy, we need each other!
