"Lyme Awareness" (karazon)

MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

Good morning everyone!

I made a life-altering change 7 days ago today! And i gotta tell the world about it. I am not saying it would work for everyone, it's just like "what do you have to loose"?

I was in so much pain, especially in my rt. knee and pretty much my whole right side of my body. It hurt 24/7 and i couldn't hardly sit/lay down/nothing without so much pain. My souls of both my feet hurt so much i could hardly walk sometimes. My shoulder felt like it was going to break off. I took every rememdy known to man, nothing worked.

7 days ago, i stopped eating meat-dairy-eggs! I have been eating only RAW, dried and natural foods and drinking a gallon of water a day. I can't believe how fantastic i feel! It's so AMAZING, i am just dumbfounded. I can honestly swear to the fact i am just about flippin PAIN-FREE now...

I owe it all to my beau, who showed me some vids by a Doctor in Cali. Her name is Dr. Lorraine Day and her site is:

http://www.drday.com/index.html

I just wanted you all to know, it has worked for me! What do you have to loose? We all know that processed foods are terrible for us, but we continue to eat that crap...right? Well, just think about this: Hamburger is a class "D" meat, meaning in the slaughterhouse it is: "Dead, Dying or Diseased." Yum. If a animal has a cancer or something, besides all the antibotics they have given it in the genetically altered seed, they just cut the cancerous stuff off and "PACK THAT MEAT" up and sell it to us. Thankx USDA!

I didn't mean to gross you all out, but it's the TRUTH.

Please, give eating RAW a shot....

What do you have to loose, besides your pain.

hugs*

wow, that is amazing. I've heard great things about the raw diet. I'm glad it's working for you. I'm a partial vegitarian myself, I just don't like meat...grosses me out . Problem is I'm never even too hungry at all. and working around pill schedules... some on empty stomach 2 hours away from stuff, others with food... it gets ridiculious!

I've also just read about apple cider vinegar/water and how great it's supposed to be. I found a site www.earthclinic.com that has some neat things on it. (Use at your own discretion)

Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.

I believe it. I am not pain free but a lot better. I radically changed my died and am thinking of fasting for about 10 days. I eat only dry granular cereal and drink water or some light juice (no sugar) I think a lot of things make a difference. We have to find out these things ourselves because even the best docs don't know. There are many natural antibiotics that don't ravish your body. This bacteria has been around since the 1400's and our western medicine hasn't so there are other ways just don't be afraid.
