Can you use the epsom salts with the borax, too?

I have.... Borax just seems to kill/get rid of that Biofilm on our skin & helps whatever your using to detox in the bath work better/harder,IMHO.

OK, this is trippy -- I've been using the Propolis for 3 days now.

I decided to exfoliate in the shower this morning in preparatino for a detox bath tonight.

At lunch I noticed some small dark spots on my arms -- they scratched right off, and I think they are metal! Whoo-hoo, it's working!

It will be interesting to see if more comes out tonight. Thanks for the tip!

Ok that's it! Today I'm gonna pick up propolis. I mean really, who doesn't want

to get rid of all this poison that's been lurking around for years.....Count me in!

Thing is I'm a little nervous since I've been doing DMSA chelation. I'm wondering if

that will interfere but I don't see how. They're lose doses. I'll let you all know

how it goes.

And the results of the detox bath - Borax, epsom salts, and H2O2 - funny black chunks in the tub after it drained, and I cleaned it before the bath.

Didn't look as "metallic" as the pieces on my arms, and the chunks were bigger. But hey, whatever it is, metal or not, is coming out.

Cool, cool!

BTW, I'm taking a combination of 200mg propolis with bee pollen and royal jelly, 2 x day, for reference.

Taking it at the same time as probiotics and other supplements, 2 hours after antibiotics.

Oh yeah... those small black specks, that's detox too, just not metals. I think the black means your liver.... IDK? If you add ginger to the bath even more will be pulled out of your skin.

About 1/2 cup. I buy the ginger in bulk to make it cheaper.

Not sure there's anywhere to buy it in bulk here, but I'll look around.
