I know sugar is not for us Lymies and I am trying so hard to stay away from it as much as I can. I do occasionally allow myself 70% or more cocoa content chocolate, it is loaded with antioxidants and is great for your endorfines. My midwife prescribed that to me when I was really depressed. It makes me happy and it does not come in the form of an IV or a capsule!
