Spirocetes HATE heat and oxygen. A good way to kill some of those little pests is by using a sauna. many people recomend the far infared sauna's. they also hate oxygen, so a lot of people do oxygen therapy, you can look up to find centers that have hypoberic oxygen chambers in your area. If you smoke, it's best to stop, I know it's easier said than done, but smoking robbs your body of O2. Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.
