Anyone know someone who use these herbs? How long have they used them?

Any side effects?

vic...please read on the front page...the coltsfoot could have allergic reactions, if you are allergic to the family of plants/flowers from which it originates...

Vic - I have not had any reactions to the plant, but then again that's just me. One of the reasons I started using it is because I have Mycoplasma Pneumoniae (systemic Walking pneumoniae) It has done wonders for me.

As with all things in life.... take what you want & leave the rest.

I appreciate learning about these plants. I have several family members with lung problems, cancer, asthma, enphysema, etc. I'll pass on the info to them and they can decide if it's worth trying.

the topic of colts foot caught my eye. I learned about colts foot in the late 90's indigenous peoples use mullein, comfrey and colts foot as they are smokable lung medicines. hope this is helpful.

sincerely, vtndn
