I have been meaning to put this question out there, because when I was trying the ABart a few weeks back, this was a symptom that I was experiencing.

It seemed as if I was having some hypothyroidism symptoms on the ABart.

However, I was also taking ABab at the same time, so could it have been that also?

I stopped them both. The depression and sluggishness did seem like more of a thyroid issue, than a herx.

Has anyone noticed this on either the ABart or ABab? I want to get on ABart again, but afraid of this symptom occuring again.

I wish I had solutions for everybody here who is suffering, but I am still hunting for them myself and seem to be more of a student on this board than a teacher. All I have to offer is my experience, support, and prayers based on what I have learned in my recovery. I am not a physician.

Did you try reintroducing one at a time.... low dose at first?

You may be able to take one of them with no problem.

I sounds like it could be a herx....
