One review about return policy I read:

Like the other reviewer, I was not pleased to get a 1/2 sized bottle for 1/2 price with my first order. I also didn't like having my credit card automatically charged and product automatically sent.

My major complaint is their heavily touted 30 day return policy. The fine print on their invoice says that the 30 day period runs from the date on their invoice, not when you receive the product. I received my shipment more than 2 weeks after my invoice date (to give them the benefit of the doubt, the delay could have been caused by the holiday mailing season and transit from East Coast to Hawaii). According to their enclosed information you should, "give this product a good chance to work (2 weeks at least and sometimes more) before you consider calling to cancel". Thus, they encourage you to delay canceling, and then they say you are not eligible for their 30 day money back guarantee because you are canceling too late.

I called to cancel and request a refund within 30 days of my receipt of the product. A rude customer service representative kept interrupting me and repeating herself. When I asked for a supervisor she informed me that she was the supervisor.

Not only did the product not work, but dealing with the company was distasteful.

I'm complaining via my credit card company. They have reversed the charges.

HAA the above stuff in abbreviation form.

This is suppose to lubricate the knees.

In the 1920's doctors used for eye surgeries as well as knee surgeries.

I think I'll will try to find a IV Therapy injection form of HAA.

I never tried HAA that way.

Vitamin C is suppose to be a good food for Knees (read in a magazine).

Life-Flo Brand sells MSM cream off internet

MSM good for pain. The cream form skips the liver and goes directly into

the organs like the knee.

Boswellian is an exotic herb used for pain and one can never fear if it can harm the liver. It is an herb from India and comes in pill form and

cream form. (I buy both forms).

If you have water on the knee I read you can put cabbage leaves all around the knee to suck up the water. It takes 3 days to do it but it works. I tried it. It is a stinky ordeal and you were suppose to change it out when it gets hot and wilted.(replace

the old leaves with the new fresh leaves) Then Place a plastic wrap around the whole knee holding the cut up strips of cabbage. Lay somewhere like a

temporary bedding where you can dispose after 3 days use. Edgar Cayce books refers to the cabbage comments.

I took alot of stuff while doing to relieve the knee pain like boswellian

forms. alervera good to drink in something cause it is good for b vitamins. b vitamins stored in the bones. aler vera has amino acids, too. we are like cars need alot of things to run.
