Love Acai - get it and take it when ever I can - just makes me feel less achey (probably cuz it is mixed sometimes with other juices too)

Somethings you mention I havent taken in some time cuz of money...

Echiniacea - took it on and off for years - never had any negative effects...think over all it was a good contribution to the abx

Aloe - juice is good for the tummy - have taken that at least once and it helped...aloe in general is very good for you...

Flax - always was a benefit - As a matter of fact, I have just gotten back on it...

skip the next 3 havent taken them...

CoQ10 - did just fine with it

Ginko was always a good one to add -

Cannot LIVE well at all or function well without Mag - I know within 2 hrs of my scheduled time of taking it if i missed it - I am so weak - this is a MUST

milk thistle - yep took it - nothing bad there

Personally I dont believe in multi vitatmins - they are too complex for the body to process properly - whole food supplement is better - but that is my opinion - some multis are going that way tho

B12 - take it every day to help with the fatigue - in sublingual form - and it helps me...

I know what I am and I know what I am not

Never put it past this disease to be the culprit - but we also cant brainwash ourselves into believing that it is the only thing

Thanks, I'm going to get the whole food supplement. I've heard that whole foods have alot of these supplements but they can be pricy. I picked up most at WM.

Thank you so much.

I think most of what you mention are beneficial. However, I would caution you with regards to echinacea. Do your research on it. Your body will build up a tolerance to it, so you should only use it when you need it, when you are getting a cold and tyring to get over it. You shouldn't take it for more than about 6 to 8 weeks, I believe is the length of time. I can look it up for you, but that's off the top of my head...Over time, you will see no further benefits, and you must be off of it for a period of time, so it's something you will need to cycle on and off. You use it for a period of time, then go off it for a period of time, then go on it a period of time. I usually just use it when I need it. If you want more info, let me know, and I'll actually reference it for you.

The others are excellent and I don't know of anything in particular as far as warnings, but I can actually also look them up, or I can provide you references if you need them? Let me know!

*hugs*

Jen

Just because it's impossible doesn't mean it can't happen.

I'm not a doc, so anything I say is my opinion only. Nothing I say is meant as offense, I offer what I can as help.

I believe in educating myself on all my medical issues and being my own advocate, for no one else with do that on my behalf. I recommend we all do the same!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Perhaps I truly am insane for expecting these docs to listen to me when I say the same things repeatedly to no avail? LOL. I am tired of seeking out new docs and getting the same result time and again...Forgive me if I seem bitter some days.

Thanks Jen. That's good to know. I didn't know that. I will take your advice. I don't have to do research. I trust your answers.

Here's to getting better soon...
