I'm just wondering what kind of Garlic to take. I have a capsule machine, could I just buy bulk garlic and make my own pills?

Thanks! Bonita

I crush cloves chop fine wait 10 minutes for the sulphur compounds to do something because they are exposed to air then drink with water...do not chew ..Yuk But Bonski..you said you buy something new every pay day...um not sure about spelling but there is super strength garlic extract called Allicin

That sounds easy enough to do. I have a magic bullet blender so it would only take a sec. I'll go try it and see if I can choke it down. How many cloves a day should I do?

LOL Ron! Exercise is an important part of recovery so it's probably a good idea you backed off on the garlic!!

I think at that level of garlic, NO one would be biting you: human, dog, tick. Laughing

LOL. I don't know the palm sisters personally but I'll take your word for it!!

I didn't look into the allicin yet. I'm thinking of making a tincture. You soak peeled garlic in Brandy, just enough to cover and shake several times a day for 2 weeks and then strain. Dosage, up to 25 drops/day.

I like tinctures because they're easy to take. I don't know if it's any cheaper to make my own but I guess it won't hurt to experiment with it.
