The thing about vegitables/fruit

one gets hungry quicker than when eating meat Protein.

I just took out a meat to defrost maybe I can talk

him to go with me????

He cant handle going without meat for very long.

He works long hours and confined to a desk

It is so hard for him to get exercise and

eat out good food. (When I do fix him veg/fruits

he takes it back home cause he didn't have time to

eat)
