 My doctor told me using an infrared sauna will help with detox and pain. Has anyone used one? The models range greatly in price. If anyone has info on best one for the money I would appreciate the info.

 I know for a fact that there are several people on this site that do use infrared sauna's regularly, I just can't tell you off hand where there discussions are exactly located. Try looking through some of the old threads and I know you will find them though because they are out there and they swear by them!
