Okay Guys, Here's what's going on for May 14th... we're hoping those across the country will join in the activities.

We're currently working on the paperwork for the Rally in D.C. across from the White House.

We would also like to see individual cities hold rallies at THEIR Congressional halls.

Please post here if you can start one and what city you're in.

We have also contacted the MLB's comissioner's Office and the Players Association to see if they will wear Lime green bands, braceletes, or patches for Lyme Disease Awareness.

Let's really push for a Very Green May!!!!

I would like to go to this. I also have a huge family and could probably get a BUNCH of them to go! Oh wait.... May 14th is my daughters First Holy Communion! I almost forgot... no thanks to Lyme! How does one plan a rally?

allison is the one who apparentlyhas started organizing this one; may 14 is NATIONAL FIBROMYALGIA DAY which i think theymight be using since more folks have heard about fibro since they advertise lyrica on tv, etc.

it will be a lyme/vector-borne diseases day too...CFS recognizes at same time too.

i'm just guessing on this, but that's how things have happened in past.

Grace, I don't know anything about it. Only that I would love to go to a rally! If you figure out how to do this or if I can help in any way, contact me. I can't do anything for a few Saturdays in May because it's Holy Communion month and Imy daughter plus a few neices are making it this year.

You are so lucky your daughter goes to dr. in connecticuit. I wish we could afford him! How old is she? My thre are almost 8, 6 and 4. The go to a doc in south jersey.

I live in Richmond Virginia

How can I start a ralley here...

I had a awareness Bike ride last year not a very good turn out..Their is alot of work here when you are doing this alone I have been looking for others that live in richmond to show some support...
