"Lyme Awareness" (karazon)

MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

First and foremost, this is a SUPPORT group. Many of us would even go so far as to say we are in a way "family" , we truely care about eachother here, and wish only the best for one another. No matter what modality you choose for treatment, be it antibiotics, natural, a little of both , prayer, or whatever it may be, it is all supported here.

WE have worked very hard at making this a unique site, very little drama, and we'd like to keep it that way. I think that's why this site works, and why people have gone to other sites, and have always come back here.

I am a group leader and moderator here, as is Julie, so if you have any questions or concerns you can PM us at anytime.

That being said, please read the following:

all information and opinions and facts are welcome, please do not take offense to what one person may say or not say, this is a site for help, and the more information we have here, the better for people. Not all people will do thier own research, and so they see something on our site and think it's law.

So ALL views are welcome, and not considered personal attacks on anyone, just different points of view and different sources of information, that way people in need of help can make an educated decision.

We do not need to turn a thread into a personal attack, we all can just simply share what information we have on that particular subject, sometimes it's hard to gauge a "tone" through email "posts" etc, so what may be intended to just be information, may be taken as a personal attack.

Let's give eachother the benefit of the doubt, and really just try to help eachother and provide information for eachother and those yet to find us here.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Wishing you all good health,

Jaime

Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.

I fully agree with Jamie: Finding a good support board when sick is very hard to do, I have left many of them due to all the bull-crap that goes on.

Again, what works for one may not work for another, and to attack someone because they are telling all of us what they are doing to fight lyme does not give ANYONE the right to be mean to them..If you don't agree, don't respond, its that easy...

With that being said, I'm off to bed...

Lyme will not win, we will and we WILL…
