I’m not too good at presenting myself. I always stutter at job interviews when I’m asked to say a little about me… So I’m gonna keep it simple. My name is Cindy and, during a Safari trip in Panama with my family, I became infected with the Lyme disease bacterium. After a long and painful series of misdiagnosis, the disease was discovered when it already was too late and I became chronic. Still coping with the fact that I may not ever get better, I came looking for people with similar experiences and stories. |
