"Lyme disease and babesia" (BlueCheetah)

MDJunction to me

"I have been struggling with Fibromyalgia, Bipolar, Anxiety, Post traumatic Syndrome for quite some time and pretty much going it alone. I stumbled across MDJunction by accident. I stayed in the shadows and just watched for four days and then I joined, feeling relieved and excited to have found a safe place with alot of folks that I could relate to . It's proove to be medically and emotionally
helpful to me and now I can't go a day without coming in at least 4 or five times a day! I Love my family here.

In calling out of work today because I could not get out of bed (pain, pain, pain!) I have been doing alot of Lyme research today. Simply because WE are our own health ADVOCATE...

Anyway, I know that awareness needs to be stronger. I found a forum on the Oprah website specifically for LYME Awareness. Imagine the impact an Oprah show on Lyme could do?

Check it out. Cant hurt! (anymore then we are anyway!)

Thank you for listening. We are in this together!

JC, thanks for posting that. I know people who have been writting Oprah for years trying to get her to do a show. Hopefully it will come around soon. Maybe we should try to hit up Montel, seeing as he has MS, which is often just misdiagnosed LD! He knows what it's like to suffer, he could be a HUGE advocate for us. Hmmm.... I wonder. Maybe we should hit him up!
Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.
