I have just joined this fairly new group. I see some others from another board I frequent have made themselves quite at home here. Hopefully, they've been behaving themselves.

I've had Lyme for almost eleven years now and I am hanging around to encourage others to keep the faith and to hang on. I have Lyme disease but it doesn't have me. It is just another facet of who I am overall.

I consider myself lucky because I never had the problems others have faced in getting treated. I had a diagnosis pretty early on and yet I still have a persistent infection.

The green monster gets me down sometimes but I fight back with a positive attitude and for the most part have a pretty normal life.

I do believe in Magic and feel we can make a lot of our own just by having an open heart.

welcome to the lyme board here As you know it's pretty new, so it's kind of slow, but I think more and more folks are finding their way here, it's a real nice place to get support.

I believe I"ve been infected for 20 years. Been dx with everything else but lyme! Been going downhill fast in the past 8 or so years. I finally just started treatment last month. Just found a naturopath doc in my area too, so I"m going to make an appt. with her. I need to attack this from all angles if I'm going to beat it.

Please share your treatment, and story with us!
