Since I'm a newbie, it seems that I'm learning alot from you guys that's been around for some time and I so appreciate your experiences and suggestions. I have noticed that every 3 to 4 weeks, I feel like crap. All symptoms come back and I'm back in bed. My brain feels like it's going to explode. My thinking and speech is affected majorly. I understand that these stinky bugs are on a cycle. Wouldn't that be the time to attack them like crazy. Even though you feel like crap, that would be the time, right? But with what though? What are they doing during the other times? And isn't herxing a good thing even though you feel like crap? I have so many questions, I know. Any thoughts on all this? Sorry about all the questions. Thanks
Pam

Pamela, A lot of members here also think there is a cycle and we are keeping track of it.The full moon seems to amplify symptoms, The Ol 28 day cycle.I seem to go in a 2 week deal but always end up feeling worse during the full moon and 2 weeks before and after.Good thinking bugs come out and blast em! Also i think we have to put up with the bad before the good days begin re: Herx.Wanna belong to the moon 28 survey? There is a post called "Full Moon Howling in Pain" that a lot of folks here have contributed to. Good observation, Your a thinker!! Ron

When the bacteria is active - it is the best time to attack...when it is most vunerable...

Never put it past this disease to be the culprit - but we also cant brainwash ourselves into believing that it is the only thing

Thanks. These stinking bugs must die. 2 weeks before full moon and 2 weeks after, well I guess that's all the time, huh. I will keep track and here's to killing these freaking bugs. We will win in the end
