very confused now. My daugther was very sick last week; had to bring her to ER. I showed the drs that she tested Positive on lyme titer and showed concern. They retested Lyme titer, then ran the Western blot. The second lyme titer is positive again.

No one seems concerned or offering medication yet of course WOULD YOU? LOL

I have to wait until Monday to hear about WEstern blot.

Here is my dilemna --

My dd's peditrician gave us a recommendation/referreal to see a lyme dr who is a pediatric Rheumatology docotr scheduled for this wed (which would be very good, fast after hearing the result of Western blot). Do you think even if western blot is negative they will treat for lyme?

Or shoudl i just wait for Nov. 3 to see the speciaist that everyone knows and loves in Ct. Dr. J?
