MDJunction to me

"When I first came to MDJ, I was in a very dark place, and feeling quite alone, I don't know how I found this site, but I have been very grateful ever since, all of you have offered insight to the illness of Bipolar and the other things going on with me, being here has allowed me to find friends, and to feel safe in discussing things that I would never have shared before.

I believe it has also offered me the chance to reach out and help others. A simple Thank you, is all that I have to offer, to this site and to the wonderful people here.

last night i got a sudden rush of heat to the back of my hands - it felt like fire under my skin. then i felt it in my back, under my chin and on the back of my neck. it kept shooting heat and then nothing, heat and then nothing. i asked my friend to feel it and she said she couldn't feel anything weird. it was painful and lasted until i finally cried myself to sleep. this morning my hands feel weird but no pain, no heat, just the regular aches. what is this all about?

I've had a great deal of trouble with the same thing. Do you remember anything else with the heat like were you standing when it started? Mine usually comes from standing too long and is from nerve damage. I guess when I'm standing it pinches several nerves in my spine and causes many strange effects.

Captain Hook: I think you mean an epiphany.
Smee: No... lightning has just struck my brain.
Captain Hook: Well, that must hurt.
