Subject: Lawyer for lawsuits

Hi All,

Well, I have a lawyer who wants to tackle your Lyme lawsuits and she has experience - she took over my daughter's lawsuit after we had gone to 24 lawyers before her.

Unfortunately - it was too late for us and today, she told my daughter that her biggest regret was that she didn't get the case sooner.

She wants cases similar, but not exactly the same as ours. In 1995, two doctors lied to us about my daughter's test results. Her Lyme Elisa was highly positive but both doctors said that it was negative.

We showed proof in the actual test results, which we obtained when Mary was 18 and she was going to college, so I asked for her records. Everything was there - test results, doctor's comments from her charts. Then I obtained the records from the other doctor and the lies were further proven.

The lawyer's name is Catherine. She said that we cannot do a class action suit, but we can win these medical malpractice suits one at a time, and pretty soon, doctors will be afraid not to treat Lyme disease.

What more can I say? Catherine gets it.

I will be grateful to her always because she believed me, and validated my daughter.

The betrayal of having doctor lie to her and of not being cared for as a child was greatly softened by Catherine's belief in her suffering.

What is even better is that by Catherine taking this on, it may move us closer to getting all doctors to treat Lyme and tick borne disease correctly.

This will be so much better for all of us.

What a day that will be!

So, let me know if you are interested and I will send you contact details for Catherine.

Remember that the statute of limitations for an

adult is - 2 1/2 years,

but for a child, I believe - 10 years.
