I feel I got to know some of you here...and just wanted to say hi.

As some of you well know...some of us get feeling better and start dropping of the boards for awhile..

That would be me....I am not 100% but definately feel I am getting some of my life back, so we get busy trying to catch up on the world that got behind.

But in no way...do I want to forget the support (and mostly the beautiful people) I have received here...

Have been doing naturals...

watching my diet...(trying to do more raw)

detoxing...

treating hormones...esp adrenals...

resting when need be...

focusing on intestinal health...I believe this is so important..

Well wanted to send my love...and will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers...

Will try to get back more often, when I get some more things caught up...

Honey,

We know that dropping off the boards is something that happens...when you get your life back...its hard not to jump in and do the things that you havent been able to do for months or years...

Popping in every so often is awesome - because this group is growing quickly every day...I have barely been here a year, and this site has more then doubled...IN A YEAR! That is a lot of sick people...

So enjoy yourself...do what you need to do...its understandable...

We will still be here! Wink

Christine

Zeke! I am thrilled for you! And your presence is missed and will always be warmly welcomed.

I'm with Christine, as usual, lol,...I can't believe how many folks are here getting solid information and support. It makes me sad and happy all at the same time.

So your continued support and knowledge is even more invaluable than ever!

Thanks for the update! Be Well! Wink Cool W00t

Hearing from the healthies always makes me smile!!!

I met with a group of women that all have various stages of lyme last week. Some new to the disease plowing through all the "BS" from their docs and one that is neg for babs now and coming off the rest of her abx in glowing good health. Anyway...we all went around the table recapping our "lyme story" and it dawned on me.....I am so much better than I was 7 months ago! I still struggle constantly, but rehashing the old bad symptoms made me take note of what was gone.

My body doesn't curl into a painful ball at night anymore, I haven't gotten lost driving in my neighborhood, I haven't had consuming depression episodes, my speech has gotten so much better, stepping out of bed in the morning doesn't bring tears to my eyes anymore, I'm yelling at the kids less because of blinding painful headaches, (now I just yell because they deserve it...lol!), my entire body feels half the pain that it used to.

So often I am so consumed with what I am dealing with that I don't recognize how much I have overcome. I wonder how many could benefit from taking a moment to pat themselves on the back for a job well done so far. It made feel like everything I am doing is paying off and anything that makes downing the meds (abx and naturals alike)easier is a very good thing!!!!

My best to all those that are well and those of us slowly but surely working our way there!

Zeke,

Nice to hear your doing great. I was wondering where you were, since you said that your main symptoms were Bart., which is my story also. My symptoms are almost completely gone. I am on the 'controversial' silver and am 'knocking this thing out'.

I am off and on also......but, my daughter is doing great....of course she had a temper tantrum tonight, making my hubby think she is not in "remission" yet.....

However, her temper tantrums are managable.

Even though you are in remission, do you still have outbursts, mood swings, etc. (just not as frequent) and easier to control?

Obviously she had neuro-lyme, but the majority of her symptoms are GONE....and she had some real tough symptoms!!!

I value the support I received from this board, and this was the most important website I went to for help. I love you guys. You help people more than you would ever REALIZE Smile THANK YOU!
