As you might recall I posted a link about ache coming back a month or so ago. Some of you got back to me regarding catclaw and garlic and I have been on that for a few weeks and start to feel better agin. For the last few days I have been back on the lower dose of Mobix again.

Thank you all for being so thoughtful and smart

Thanks for the report! I'm glad you are beginning to feel better. Keep at it. But uh-oh, I don't like the sound of you needing to take Mobic again. I wonder if your inflammation is from die-off or from the relapse? I guess it doesn't matter as long as you keep 'killing'and get it back under control. And at least it's not a narcotic..oy,yoy,yoy. Mobic did nothing for me, in fact, I need to donate my unused scripts.

I wrote about this briefly in another post, but has anyone ever heard of Eat Right For Your blood Type? It was suggested to me by my ND to try it. I tried it a little, but I didn't give it a fair shake. I still got better anyway, but maybe I would've been out of pain sooner. It might be worth a look.

Peace,

Connie

Open your mind to the possibilities available to you.

An attitude of gratitude is good 'medicine,' too.
